Inero's barrier is quick to mount, simple to handle and does not require any previous installation knowledge. One hour of installation time results in 100 metres of barrier. The barrier comes with a cargo pallet, where the barrier sections can be kept upright and picked in consecutive order, which makes assembling the barrier ergonomically easier.
SPECIALLY DESIGNED CARGO PALLET
The barrier comes in a specially designed cargo pallet, which holds 100 m of complete H80 barrier. The barrier sections are kept standing upright and are picked consecutively, which allows for an ergonomic installation.
CONNECTING THE BARRIER SECTIONS
Mark the position of the barrier before starting the installation. Attach the first support leg to the first section, then connect the next section using the quick connector.
FOLD DOWN THE BARRIER section
Ensure the barrier section is folded down without damaging the quick connector (the section should fold down easily without resistance).
ASSEMBLE SUPPORT LEGS AND FOOT BEAM
After each mounted section a support leg is connected to the foot beam. The support leg and footbeam are then joined together by pre-mounted nuts in the key holes.
ROLL OUT THE MEMBRANE
Work in pairs to unfold the membrane. Then attach two clips over the holes on the top edge of each section. Fold down the membrane when it has been rolled out.
FIX THE MEMBRANE
Fix the membrane to the ground using sand weights, chains or loose gravel. During strong wind one may well hang chains over the barrier section to fasten the membrane until the water approaches the barrier.
The barrier is now installed and ready!
