PROTECTION AROUND CHEMICAL TANKS INSTALLATION

Background

A large chemical group was looking for a semi-permanent solution to build up extra protection around a group of cisterns. The protection would be in place for almost two years.

Inero basin with H180

Inero has delivered 200 m of a 180 cm protection for a chemical company. Since the barrier should be installed for a longer period of time, it needed to be fixed a little extra. The barrier sections were secured with straps that were fixed in weights, see image abow.

The H180 barrier, together with the rest of the product range, has been undergoing strength calculations and demanding durability tests - all with a high security level.
